We have a mailbox shared amongst 6 support rep.
This mailbox is monitored on a daily basis.
I'd like to create rules to automate tasks such as forwarding mails to individual and move the mail to a folder to ease life.
My question is how to create rules for that shared mailbox ? I tried to create rules to move the mail to a folder but it only applies to my case. Is it possible to set it as a server rule ? I'd like to avoid VBA scripting is possible.
