Does the IP connection to the PBX require licences and/or features on the Definity ? Which version are you running ? We are R9, and not sure this would work ?...

You just need to check on your Avaya if you can set up a H.323 trunk.

I'm running with Communication Manager 3.1.2 but you can also connect the old version with the same method

Hi Irvineguy,

Indeed my company is located at Paris.

You don't need to purchase any cards, you can use the DS1 of your Avaya to make an outgoing calls, and incoming calls.
