Hello,

Avaya states that the following commands should be entered at the "linux" prompt of your communication manager.

> cd /etc/opt/ecs/certs/server
> openssl x509 -in server.crt -noout -enddate

My question is how do I get this prompt and from where?

Thanks.

Thanks. I tried your recommendation (telnet) but get a SAT terminal screen not the > prompt.

I discovered that I did not have shell access. Two things I learned.
1) On the login admin form for your login ID, make sure you have permission to access the shell
2) You can access the shell from the command line by entereing go shell. No need to telnet if you don't want to.
