How to add the Star 23 function to 2000 series phone?

I need to know how I could add the function "star 23" to a 2000 series phone? Is it possible or not? I would really appreciate any help.

I would have thought *23 was in the FFC! What is supposed to happen with *23, is it a speed call, or a call pickup, or ring again etc... Tim Russell
