Is your printer set up as an IP Printer? You are looking to add another physical device yes?
If it is an IP Printer, it is pretty easy. You just have to plug it into your network, use the provided Epson utility to scan for printers, and then set the new printers IP Statically.

Then you go into the configurator, Devices, and then click Devices. Add a new device as a Roll Printer and set its network node to your server. Then under the printer definition tab, set the printer interface type to TCP/IP Interface and the Printer Type to TM-200 Roll. Line feeds for that device is.. 6? or 8, sorry, can't remember off of the top of my head. The columns should be something like 32. Next, under printer interface type the ip address for the printer followed by the port. The default is 9100, so if the IP address for the printer was 192.168.100.201 you would type in 192.168.100.201:9100.

Now, you have to go back to the configurator, and click Order Devices. Select a blank entry, and then set the Device to your new printer. The rest of it, copy the settings from the other printer (that is, if you want it to print duplicates). Set the redirection device to itself.

Next, you have to enable this device in the print classes. Configurator -> Sales tab, Print Classes. Just check the printer as active only any print class you want printing to this printer. Finally, you have to enable it for your workstation. Configurator -> Devices -> User Workstations. Then go to the Order Devices tab for each workstation and make sure that the printer is enabled.

Finally, just to be safe, go to System -> Order Types. For each order type, if they have anything checked in the Order Devices tab that means they are overriding the Workstation enabled devices; if and only if there are already things checked, check this new printer for the order types allowed to print to this printer.

Granted, all of this assuming you are using an IP printer.

Just took it out of the box so i dont know the back of it got 2 IDN sockets and dip switches.

Okay, the printer is conencted and set up in the POS Configurator don't see any errors there but when I print a check the printer(duplicate) doesn't print it, It sends the check to a backup printer wich is the same for the MAIN kitchen printer. tried using the cable from the main Kitchen printer still doesn't work DIP switches seems to be put up correctly, the dip No.2 is = ID 4 as I understand. What should I do ? :(

Is it plugged into one of the workstations? You have to set the device up as a node on the workstation, and then assign its IDN.
