We regularly refresh PC's in our company (every two years). Does anyone know how to backup toolbar settings/buttons, Threshold settings, etc? Every time we upgrade PC's, or rebuild due to corruption, I have to rebuild my buttons, and thresholds. I have tried to copy my old version prior to PC upgrade, and replace the new copy. This only copied some of the thresholds, but not the buttons on the toolbar, or the report formats.

Thanks,

Neil

All of that information should be found in the following folder on that user's pc...

C:\Program Files\Avaya\CMS Supervisor R12\Profiles\{username}\{cmsname}

Where username is the cms supervisor's login
and cmsname is the name of the cms.

Sorry, I should have mentioned we are using version 8.x of CMS. We hope to upgrade the switch and software this or next quarter. Any ideas for v8.x? I have tried to copy the cmsname directory and that didn't help with the toolbar, but the thresholds came through.

Thanks,
