How do multiple users access one vmail account?

i have a need for multiple users to access on vmail account.

is there a way to do this?

I dont think they can do it at the same time. But depending on if it is intuity or IP Office mode you may be able to create a short code. Can you explain a little more what you are looking for,

you can send the messages to a hunt group mailbox and set it to broadcast so it sends the messasge to all of the members.

i am trying to setup and employee call in voicmail box that multiple supervisors can check. not every supervisor has their own phone, many of them share. i have a DID i can use and a phone it can ring to. i need a way for a supervisor, from any phone, to check the voicemail.

remove the trusted source from every user then they get asked for the mailbox number and they can log into the mailbox of their choice
