Should be like a SLS on a regular T&R Line, like in your home.
A switch hook flash, dial the number, and another sw flash to connect the 2 after the caled party answers.
Part of how it works is whether or not you have MANUAL or AUTO completion in your transfer options.
Now, if you are trying to transfer off prem, that's a whole 'nother scenario.
