How do I set up Avaya Site Administration

I would like to replace the SAT, (or dumb terminal) with a PC connecting to the serial cable and install Avaya Site Administration. I have the CD, but can anyone guide me thru this installation process?

It's fairly simple. You just need the IP address of the C-LAN and the port is 5111.

Install the software and use the setup wizzard. Should be self explanitory. The risk areas are auto log-in, and ...that's about it. really.

You can use the serial cable to connect the COM port on the PC to the TERM port on the back of the cabinet. Setup ASA to use 'Direct Serial Port Connection'.
