how do I hide the excel menu bar that is on the web page

I thought that I had a simple problem but no one can figure this out. I know to save an excel page as a web page I have to used the save as web page menu choice and choose interactivity. But How I make the screen size the full size of the screen or a custom size that I want. Also how do I hide the excel menu bar that is on the web page

I remove the toolbars before saving and upload as an excel file.

How did you remove all the toolbars?

Right click on the toolbar. Select customize. select the toolbar tab and make sure all boxes are unchecked.
Then save the file.

I uncheck all of the boxes but it will not let me uncheck the Worksheet Menu and save it. Every time I uncheck the worksheet menu and close it out it comes right back. Can I prevent this?
