how do I back up a nam 3.0

How do i back up a nam so i have all of the greetings and trees and mail boxes and then restore it to another nam.

Login to F983, press 22 for backup, 33 for restore. Have a few floppy disks handy.

Its in a book called Software Maintenance Manual. Section 4. These books wernt to common.
