as this my first post in this forum, a friendly hello to everyone.
I am a certified Mitel technician and I hope someone here can help me sort out a 3300 hospitality question.
Customer has a 3300 with a PMS connected, however the check-in and check out are not coming through at the moment. I would need to check out a room to change the analogue port of the extension as the current one is faulty (no dial tone).
Customer does not have a 5550 console, just 5330s.
Can't use maid in room to change the status as the port is dead.
Any ideas how I can check out the room from either an IP phone or the web UI?
