Hi everyone,
We use outlook at work to answer the main email address. As you can imagine that this is a very busy email address and is answered daily by several people.
For this the inbox is set up on around 10 machines and people can access the inbox when ever they need to. There are now no emails in the inbox that havent been unread.. but next to the inbox it says that there are 11 unread emails... I cant find them.
Any ideas how this could arise?
Any input would be great.
