I have been blessed with a brand new Compact ICS with two CID cards and a Call Pilot 100.

I need to get this up and running. I am not sure where to punch down the two TCM ports to my 25pair inside block... any special pairs (the manual is vague).

Also, I need to make it possible for someone who gets the night auto-attendant to dial an extension and have the system grab a free line and forward the call to a person's cellphone (for after hours service)... Will the system do this without any hardware and if so, any idea how to program this? The DN would be exclusive for the forwarding and should never go to voice mail...

Needless to say, I am over my head. Any words of wisdom short of call a phone guy?

you only have 2 amp cables that come out of a CICS 1 for stations 1 for trunks the trunk ports come out as line 1 line 2 skip 2 pairs line 3 line 4 ( wh/bl bl/wh line 1 )
as for the second part of your question i think painodeath pretty much told you how to reach an external number thru the voicemail...
