Do you want to do this just to edit COS on the NAM? If so, simply upgrade to 4.1 and you can do this thru the telephones. It's simple and cheap to do if you are already at 4.0

the customer would like to adminster the nam through the network i already put his sys on a fast rad with 9.1 nru

what kind of NAM.... NAM 1, 2, 2G? As you know the 3G has it already. If you need help I have some info on this at work on Monday.... darnold@americaii.com
