Help i dont know how to program my norstar plus compact ics

I had this system for a while and because it was unpluged and stored for a couple months now my call display dont work, my music on hold dont work.

When i hit feature 86 it says "not avaialable"
when i hit other options i get "denied in admin"

I hope i posted in the right forum please any advice will work even a resource.

Nortel site should have a manual. Was all programming info lost? May wanna call your vendor.

i have the manual but no where do i see how to do these things step by step ...

u need the admin guide guide not the installer guide. All programming is done using a 7324 or 7310, or 7316 set. The manual will pswds etc.

This is not a step by step forum, it's to assist those who are stuck with an issue that how knowlegde of programming and navigation.

Can can search for guides on the net or suggest you call a vendor to get you up and running then administer it afterwards.

Admin training is 1-4 hrs by a vendor
Technical training is a week.
