headset ringing

with a 5610 ip phone and phone manager pro, instead of the phone ringing is it possible to set it through the headset?

With the AWH65 wireless ones, you gan geta beepin the headset when the phone rings.

customer swore it happened, i didnt think it would although off hook setting in telephony does this with analogues so why not digi? guessing they liked the quiet call centre environment, no phone ringing!!
