We have a Tandberg 1000 Desktop Video Conferencing unit, that we are attempting to get to communicate to the outside world. My network consists of the following from the outside going in: Cisco 2620XM (internet router w/ 3 T1's bonded into a 4.5 MB pipe), Cisco 4006 switch w/ appropriate VLAN's to seperate outside and inside, etc.), PIX firewall.
I have opened H.323 service on the PIX (UDP 1719 and TCP 1720), as well as TCP 5555-5560 and UDP 2326-2406 per the instructions that Tandberg provided. I have also opened for both inbound and outbound on my internet router the protocols and ports mentioned for the PIX. All this yet I still can not establish a video call going out.![[thumbsdown] [thumbsdown] [thumbsdown]](/data/assets/smilies/thumbsdown.gif)
What am I missing or not aware of?![[ponder] [ponder] [ponder]](/data/assets/smilies/ponder.gif)
