Greyed out attachments

Howdy Jim:
OE6 right!!
Start OE and go to Tools>Options>Security..
Now, change the virus protection from "Restricted" to "Internet".. Then, uncheck "Do Not Allow Attachments, etc..". Apply and okay out.
