hello all!

I'm trying to configure an ATA Grandstream 8 ports to my IP Office 500.

the SIP trunk is registered ok but the problem is:

when I try to make a call, after I digit the whole number I receive the dial tone from the Cellphone interface and I have to do the number one more time. that was the only way I got it working!

I believe this is some ars configuration.

I configured the following way

1- created an userrights shortcode: 0N -> dial -> N -> ars (xx)
2- created an ARS(xx): N->dial->N->6 (line group)
3- created a SIP trunk to the grandstream gateway.

All I want is to dial only the route 0, for instance, and dial the cellphone number, without having to dial the cellphone number again.

Your Grandstream is not configured correctly then, the system is sending the number, I can't help with Grandstream kit though :)
