I have a customer with GN Netcom wireless headsets and they are having a problem with them on IP office. There appears to be no way to adjust the volume on the MIC and they have to shout in order to be heard over them. GN Netcom says there is a problem with IP office not syncing up to the headset. Does anyone know of a way to make them work better or to get them to sync up?
