GN Netcom Wireless Headset

I have a customer with GN Netcom wireless headsets and they are having a problem with them on IP office. There appears to be no way to adjust the volume on the MIC and they have to shout in order to be heard over them. GN Netcom says there is a problem with IP office not syncing up to the headset. Does anyone know of a way to make them work better or to get them to sync up?

If it's a 9120 headset, then this is the procedure:

Press both the + and - key down shortly, and at the same time. The Red LED on the headset should start flashing.

You can now adjust the mic volume with the + and - buttons. The headset will leave this adjustment mode automatically.

Another 9120 feature:
Hold down the button in the middle on the headset for about 6 seconds (when you have heard two beep's in the headset). Now you can adjust the tone balance with + and -.
