getting XMI000 40 : RSIG Link Lost

getting XMI000 40 : RSIG Link Lost on Port 0 - Reinitialized
Using TSI boxes
My Loop 40 is down and i cant ENXP .
Get NPR327 --NO RESPONSE FROM NETWORK CARD
REPLACED NETWORK AND CONTROLLER CARDS
COULD MY TSI FIBER REMOTE BOX BE THE ISSUE?

I know nothing about TSI boxes but I'm assuming this is a Fiber Remote and yes it would appear you have a Fiber Transmission issue but it truly could be anywhere. Have you been to the remote shelf?
