Just to expand on Nascar`s post, you have to first go into AA, Table (1-4) and disable the CCR. Then go into your CCR and change path 1 to be a mailbox path instead of a transfer path, and then do the same for path 2. By doing this, when a caller hits 1, it won`t try to transfer it to your ext anymore, just plop the caller directly into whatever mailbox you assigned. Once finished, save the tree and go back and enable the CCR.
If instead, you want to have a chance to answer that call, you could go into Admin programming and change your ext`s Forward No Answer to 1,2... rings, so it would forward to your mailbox quicker. This would be an easier solution, but it wouldn`t work if your phone rings on incoming calls. If your phone rings on incoming calls and your mailbox is set to answer before your AA, calls would then go into your mailbox instead of hitting your AA.
Another option would be to turn your Do Not Disturb feature on and off when you leave your desk. This would accomplish your task even if your phone rings on incoming calls. Only thing is no one would be able to I/C you as well.
Forwarding your phone to VM would work as well, only if your phone doesn`t ring on incoming calls.
