hello! do i need to have call records for me to generate report? i created a report (example in Agent summary) then i saved it. when i drag it to the right panel, it doesn't show the export and print button. it shows the same page in configuring a report but i can't edit it. i wasn't able to take screenshots of it.

lastly, i uninstalled the CCR. but the IIS is not working anymore. i tried to remove it on the roles (in server manager) then add again. restarted the pc. but still it is not working. it has many warnings and the source is WAS (windows process activation service). how will i fix this?

OS of the server: Windows server 2008 R2 standard edition
MS SQL 2008 express edition
IPO CCR release 8

if you dont have any call records the reports will be blank or 0 (zero)
but do not forget: you need to have CCR Agent licence valid and CCR Agents users or/and Hunt Groups enabled in Manager.
Hunt Group are presented as Queue Group in CCR.
After you login as Administrator you must have all services "green".

Try to restart the server, and wait for couple of minutes to start all the services and then check again.
If this wont work try to unistall all and go from the begining. Use the latest instalation manual.

if i don't have any call records, i won't be able to generate report? i mean, the export and print button will not appear?

i have a valid CCR agent license and hunt group are compose of CCR agent.

all the services are running and the IPO is connected.

i uninstalled the CCR but the IIS is not working anymore.

no. you will be able to generate report but it will be empty.
this seems like a problem with server.
if i were you, i would started from the beginning of installation and go step by step.
will be much faster than trying to discover what happened.

agreed you really need to wipe and start again , follow KB to the letter and let us know how you go, in this scenario you are unsure if the install is ok so fault finding could potentially send youon a merry dance
