Gathering usable information from Avaya Sysmonitor ?

Hello,

My organization is looking for a simple and cost effective way of gathering usable information from Avaya Sysmonitor or 3rd party application.

Using Avaya IP OFFICE MANAGER 5.2(59)

Mostly we are looking for some way of figuring out

1) the number of calls transfered to the Sales hunt group per day

2) The number of outgoing calls made from users of the sales hunt group

3) The phone number and duration of those calls per day , per week , per month.

Sysmanager 5.2 has all this information but the data is not in a usable format and nearly impossible for us to gather months worth of information from.

 
Use the delta server
That is used for callaccounting and is a normal format
