Morning all,
IP500 v2 8.1
Im getting a strange issue where sometimes the DDI is not displayed properly on an outbound call.
There is no pattern to this and it appears to be pretty random.
For example we have a Gamma SIP trunk with a DDI range of 0203 1234000-59 (fictional numbers)
If ext 4039 has the DDI 44203 1234039 in its SIP name and Contacts fields, the full DDI should be sent out by the IPO and received by the Gamma platform but sometimes either the IPO isnt sending all of the digits or the Gamma platform isnt picking all the info up.
When this happens the recipient of the call sees the very first DDI in the range displayed as the callers number (in this case 0203 12344000) which is a massive problem as the owner of that DDI keeps receiving calls from people who claim he has called them.
any ideas
Cheers
