I have a g430 that I need to install a pri-t1. It is not an LSP it is registered to a 8800. I want the stations associated with this gateway to only use the pri-t1 that is installed in the gateway for both incoming and outgoing calls and not at our core location.
I programmed the route pattern and the location for the gateway. What else do I need to do?
Thank in advance for any help.

You could do this a few ways.. FRL/COR to restrict access to specific trunks or you can setup a new location/Network Region/location based ARS table with route patterns that have this TG you want as the first choice. Assuming you are IP endpoints you can put an entry in the ip-network-map table to point that specific subnet to the new Network Region you built. Another way is partitioning, but I'm not versed enough in that to give you exact steps.

Then use ARS location tables to do this, as I see you added the gateway as a location number.

Thanks for the quick replies.
What is the command to change or add a ARS location table.

When I enter the command I get the following message "multiple locations feature not assigned

do a disp sys cust and on page 5 you should see the field multiple locations. Is it flagged to 'y'. Not sure if you can change that yourself.

Then you would have to partition this new site

if tenant partioning is on :) same command.. disp sys cust

Actually.. you could edit the options from the web interface, if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks to all that replied. I was able to use the web interface to change the customer options. I will now try the ars ana locations.
Thanks again,
Tom
