I just installed a G3V8 and an Intuity, but I am having a few problems with the integration. I am using Definity Mode Code integration. The MWI's will not light. Also, if a mailbox does not exist in the Intuity, I hear a message, "Please wait." and then get disconnected. This happens for the night attendant also (there is a mailbox) and the pilot number for voicemail. Any ideas?

On your "please wait" issue look at where you have the defualt set to. This would be in Audix system under ch sys fea. page 2ish I was logiged in as SA

By default, do you mean, the covering extension under transfer out of audix? I played around with that, but did not work. It seems that internal calls work properly...when the call the audix hunt group, they hear, "Welcome to Audix...", but if you call the same hunt group extension from outside the office, all you hear is "Please wait." and then the call gets transferred to the covering extension in the sys features. The same thing is happening with the night service. I have an auto attendant with the same subscriber number as the listed directory number and the night service destination is the audix hunt group. From outside the office, callers hear "Please wait." and are disconnected. I know the auto attendant works because if I take the main number out of the listed directory and make it an x ported extension, I hear the correct greeting. Strange.

Is the mode code interface set to Y in sys cust options? Also, are the voice ports type VMI?

Mode code translation is set to yes. Everything is working properly internally, just not from the outside.

So. . .. you call the hunt group INTERNALLY and it says, "Welcome to Audix. . ." but if you call from an outside line, it says "Please wait" and disconnects?
The pilot number for the Intuity Hunt Group is a DID number?
Also, what is your transfer restriction set to on p.3 of the ch sys fe screen?

I got the problem fixed. The auto attendant routing table did not have the hunt group extension included in it. I did not realize the schedule had to be set to login. Thanks for your help.
