Functions for Avaya IP Office 500 2

Hi.

I have Avaya IP Office 500 V2 and I have configured 4 functions (Automatic Operator, Voicemail, Transfer to an specific extention and a conditional). My question is what other options can I use because that is to basic, I have looked for 10 thing more advances o "How to?" but I just find the basic thins.

test Variables, user variables, compare in a condition.
A nice feature is that you can drag an existing module in to another module.
There is a lot more but these are common.

Well I know those features but I have to show 15 things that he can do whit the avaya and maybe those thing for the client arent to interested maybe something more visible for the client

Every client is different, if they are stipulating that you need to show them 15 interesting things....or else, well you are probably better off without them as your customer as they obviously don't know what they want so will never be satisfied

I agree with amriddle01, don't tell the customer what you can offer but ask him what he want and then show that.
If you can deliver what he want you'll have a happy customer not calling every week with program changes and complaints
