Not sure how this is the first we have come across this, though it seems like if you block your caller ID: (*67 on my Comcast home line) and Call a IPO Line that is twinned, the call won't twin? If I don't dial the *67 the cll twins just fine. When I dial the *67 first the phone shows From:WITHHELD.

Is this by design? Is there an option to change this? Typically the Twinned call has the Caller ID of the person that is calling in. So if I call from my home phone to the office phone and it Twins to my Cell, I get my Home Phone's Number on my Cell. Could the Call be failing at the SIP connection without the Caller ID?

Thanks!

This is usually the SIP provider yes, it can be tricky withholding with some providers, some you even need spare DDI which is set to withhold their side and you have to send that DDI out :)

You need to look at the SIP INVITE to see what is going out and what they expect.
Usually the call is verified through Diversion Header so it shouldn't matter if you call in with WITHHELD number.

Although some SIP providers have strange implementations that might be tricky to get working.

I've Ping'd the SIP Provider. looks like they are not interested in what we are sending them: 0000000000@oursip.provider.com if they can't accept the 0000000000@oursip.provider.com, how do I change the 0000000000@oursip.provider.com to something else?

Trace Output:
9/5/16 10:38:04 AM-106ms Line = 20, Channel = 2, SIP Message = Response, Call Ref = 184846, Direction = To Switch, From = 0000000000@oursip.provider.com, To = 15555551212@oursip.provider.com, Response = 403 Forbidden
9/5/16 10:38:04 AM-108ms Line = 20, Channel = 2, SIP Message = Ack, Call Ref = 184846, Direction = From Switch, From = 0000000000@oursip.provider.com, To = 15555551212@oursip.provider.com

Thanks!
