I have a customer that I have auto attendant set up on 3 time profiles normal and after hours.(8-5-normal,5pm-12am- after hours and 12am-8am-after hours ) and I did not not set up any time profiles for holidays ( i am new to IP office and this was my first one and I didn't think about it at the time.
the customer just called me and wants to have the after hours message play the rest of the week for the thanksgiving holidays. is there something i can tell the customer they can do to make the after hours message play till i can get back over there and program in their holiday schedule. I know on Nortel call pilots I could do a feature 982 and set the business to closed , is there something similar on an IP office.
