forward no answer to wrong mailbox

i have a customer that just started having problems with her fna going to wrong mailbox. the feature 984 and cfb go into her mailbox just fine. feature 981 also works fine, it recognizes her phone and goes to her mailbox. i have rebuilt her mailbox, reset her phone, reset call pilot, and nothing works. when i delete the mailbox that her fna is going to and call her phone it says person is unavailble press pound for directory like her mailbox doesn't exsist. i forgot to write down the software revision on the mics and call pilot. any ideas?
 
Let me see if I understand you correctly.

Her ext.# and mbox are the same correct? She has recorded her name to initialize it. You can access her mailbox from her ext. f981 correct?? If her ext is busy and you call it, it goes to her mbox? But if you call and she doesn't answer it cfna's to another mbox. Is this correct.

What is the CP ext f985 and is her ext. cfna and cfb to that CP ext???

yes, all of the above is true. the feature 985 vm dn is 499. that is what the fna and fb are pointed to.

i was dealing with ext 160 going into 168's mailbox, but it is working now,,, MY SCREW UP. the did line number 168 wich received digits x160 had a prime set of 168 instead of 160. my transfer timer was set to 4 the same as my fna for 160. thanks ironhorse17 for the tip. i have since changed my prime set and transfer timer and all is working. thanks for all you time
