i have a customer that just started having problems with her fna going to wrong mailbox. the feature 984 and cfb go into her mailbox just fine. feature 981 also works fine, it recognizes her phone and goes to her mailbox. i have rebuilt her mailbox, reset her phone, reset call pilot, and nothing works. when i delete the mailbox that her fna is going to and call her phone it says person is unavailble press pound for directory like her mailbox doesn't exsist. i forgot to write down the software revision on the mics and call pilot. any ideas?
