I have call center reporting installed and operational. I was curious if there are any known bugs with the software. If we try to pull an Agent Audit Report. No matter what date we try to put in to view when the data is pulled the only date it shows is the 18th of May 2007. I can pull every other report and get any date I want it's just for the Agent Audit Report that I can't get any other data other than May 18th?
