Does anybody know how to change font type for incoming plain text messages. I need to use Latin2 (EE) character set. Most of my incoming messages have encrypted characters with diacritical marks. HTML emails are OK. I found document ID200211151669 in ACT knowledgebase . What is reason that font in plain text messages could not be changed?
