Note: I am NOT looking for the second edition shutdown supplement here.
This article indicates that Microsoft prepared a win98 fix for shutdown problems due to a large number of mapped drives.
I found this while trying to see if there were some kind of batch file commands I could use to "unmap" mapped drives, but I dont know how to compose a google search to see if someone might have put it on a web page somewhere. Is anyone aware of a site where I might download this or do I just have to see if I can still get it from Microsoft.
Thanks.
It's 10 O'Clock ( somewhere! ).
Are your registry and data backed up?
