Require access to a FM5 database over a telephone connection - Can this be done via VPN on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server server? Any help is appreciated.

It can be done, but it's painful. Depending on how you FileMaker solution was put together it varies, most most of my clients have not been happy with solution. What I have found to be a beter solution is two way syncronization. This way you keep a fast interface on the remote machine, and you also extend functionality when your not connected.

It's a generic FMP5.5 Server runnig on a windows 2000 advanced server, internet connection is via isdn through a router. Here's what I would like to happen - using a laptop with FM Pro, connecting to the Server via cellular modem.
