Hi all.

We currently use Message Manager to view/print incoming faxes to a network printer. The volumne has increased to the pint that we would like the faxes to automatically print to the printer. I've been able to set it up so faxes print to ANOTHER FAX MACHINE, but that's not the solution we want.

I SWEAR I read somewhere that printing automatically to a network printer is possible as long as the printer had a static IP address, but I'm unable to figure this out! Am I going crazy? Does anyone have any clues?

According to the avaya tech I had out today this is not possible. Not to say it isnt possible but good luck finding someone that knows how to do it. I also thought I had seen that somewhere but cant seem to find it now. José B. Olagues
