FAX LINE - Trouble sending and receiving

Hello,

I have tried several different things regarding the fax moved ports changed fax machines. Still getting line error message and 1 out of 5 faxes will go through.

Could it be something on the analog card itself?

it was disabled due to poor quality.

i figured it was the pref needed to match the mgclk.
I just tried turning down the dch and loop.
and then tried doing an out and add and also tried a chg in ld 73 after turned dch 14 down.

however the change didnt take.

am I missing something?

can you Chg DDB in LD 73 and program the new loop as PREF?

I just added in ld 73.
I did 0 0 3 mgclk and pref 0 0 3 and sref 0 0 4

it took, can I disable dch 13 loop 22 which is card 0 0 3?

You should be able to disable the D-Channel in LD 96: DIS <x> where <x> is the D-Channel number.

Once the D-Channel is disabled, if you want you can also disable the Loop in LD 60: DISL <loop number>.

If you were able to set 0 0 4 as the SREF in the DDB, then if you stat that loop in LD 60, you should see something similar to below:
