Fallback extension not ringing

Hi,

I 've an IPO 500 v5.0 and am using R5 Manager.

My problem is that i 've configured an incoming call route with a fallback extension but the fallback is not ringing at all.

I dont 've any voicemail configured in my system

Any idea ?

Fallback is used if the original destination in unavailable.

So when the caller would here busy tone, the fallback destination is followed.
 
Best used in conjunction when sending a call to an Embedded VM AA

Otherwise set up groups properly! :)

yes, i did that also

Its very strange because i ve tested this in my IPO and i dint 've any problem

Why not just use forward on busy if it's a single extension?

It's either:

A) You've got some other programming you haven't mentioned effecting it (such as multiple appearance keys alerting etc)
B) You've done it wrong

There's no bug where it doesn't work in any release I'm aware of :)
