If you know enough about the message in question, you can set up a filter when you import from that .pst file.
To delete a single message? Your best bet is to create a separate profile that uses that .pst file as its personal folders store, then tell Outlook to ask which profile it should use when you start it.
All you have to do is tell Outlook to use your new profile when it starts, and you have full access to that .pst file. ______________________________________________________________________
