extensionnumbers not displaying outside

hi,i'm using an ISDN-PRI-Trunk an a DS1-card as line to outside.
So, my problem is,when i'm dialing my mobilephone from an extension, i only see the billingnumber on my display.

Can anyone told me,which steps are required to display it?

My system is a G3V6/with a TN790B-Processor and the telephones are 6416D+M

But it is possible that your service provider is adding on the main number. If that is the case, you will need to open a ticket with them.

hello,i'm sorry; it's not the billingnumber; it's the main number,that i'm seeing already without an extension from my system (e.g. on my mobilephone).

But with the statement "change isdn pub...",which parameter turns on to send extension-numbers out?

When you're in that screen populate similar to below.

Ext Ext Trk CPN CPN
Len Code Grp(s) Prefix Len
4 2 914987 10

Ext len is your extension length, Extension Code is what extension you want to send or entire range. In the case above the entire 2xxx range will forward. Trk Grp can be populated with an ISDN PRI trunk group, or leave blank. CPN Prefix is area code and nxx. CPN Len is total with area code, nxx and 4 digit extension.
