Extension to CallPilot - subscriber does not exist

I have a 4-digit DID number 2212 that I built as an ACD (ld 23) with the following: new ACDN, Maxp 1, NCFW xxxx (callpilot ext).
I also created this extension in CP. When I dial the number it states that the subscriber at 2212 does not exist.
What am I missing?

Did you dial it internal or external

I dialed it externally using the prefix, I also have an 800 number pointed to the 4-digit extension. It does work when you just dial the 4-digits

I stand corrected, it does not work dialing the 4-digits either

I know this may seem wierd, but build it as a Phantom TN and set the DCFW prompt to go to your call pilot CDN.

I have encountered what you have with ACDNs but Phantoms seem to fix it, just don't ask me why.
