When I export Users to a CSV file, I only get Name, Extension, User Rights, Email Address and Full Name. I was expecting: Name, Extension, User Rights, Email Address, Full Name, Password, VoiceMail Code, Login Code, UserTemplate, ExtensionTemplate. To test, I made sure I had entries for Password, Voicemail Code, Login Code. I don't know where to specify UserTemplate and ExtensionTemplate.

Export the entire configuration, then you can trim it down to the section from User_Info_Start to User_Info_End

There's going to be a lot more information than you've referenced, and the passwords are encrypted.

I made a simple spreadsheet that you copy/paste the User Info section into one tab, and another tab puts the info that I want in the order that I want it.

You can only import users that way but not export directly. You can export the full configuration as CSV. If you open it you will find several sections like system, licenses, short codes and users as well.

In the users section you will find all the information needed and more.
