Hi

I have a simple form.
And beetween each cell there is a empty row.
My wish is that after I typed in my data in the cell and press enter the cursor should jump over 1 row.
It look like this:

Date:............
................. <--- Empty row. jump over this one
Name:............
................. <--- Empty row

Thanks
M

Don't know of anyway to do that. If you have to jump that row a lot during data entry, try hiding it. If you need the row for printing or something else, unhide after all data is entered.

Holm78,

You could use cell protection to limit cell accessibility, however, I would rather use the autofilter in this case. In a column that you are not using, place the following formula: =IF(ISEVEN(ROW()),1,0) Then use Tools, Data, AutoFilter, and choose 1 to display all the even rows or 0 to display all the odd ones. After that continue with your data entry as desired. When finished turn off the autofilter and delete the extra column.

Hope this helps.
