EXCEL default sorting alphabet order

Text that includes numbers and normal text are sorted in the following order:

0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 (space) ! " # $ % & ( ) * , . / : ; ? @ [ \ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~ + < = > A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z

How can I use this alphabet order to sort names!

In my country alphapet order is a bit different. Like this!

0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 (space) ! " # $ % & ( ) * , . / : ; ? @ [ \ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~ + < = > A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S Z T U V W X Y

Letter Z is after S not after Y. So how can i change the alphabet order like it is in English.
 
Go to Tools, Options, Cutom Lists. make sure NEW LIST is highlighted. In List Entries field, start typing your list in the order you want sorted. don't forget to press Enter after each element. once you have typed in all the elements, press Add, click OK.

when you go to Data, Sort - after choosing your sort column, click on Options and under the drop down, choose your sort order
 
I know that, but how can I put English alphabet to default settings. When I click on the sort a->z or z<-a button, then it has to somehow sort it in English.
 
u can either do it as suggested above or change your default language.
