Excel 2013: Map Graphing Options 1

I'm hoping there's an easy option for using a map graph in Excel that would allow me to plot volume by state (or country).

Currently, I see 'Bing Map' already built in, but it's not giving me the desired results. It's plotting which states have volume; however, I've been trying to figure out how to have different-sized plot points depending on quantity.
