I've installed an IP Office 500 Version 6.1 with Essential Edition. I need to configure voicemail email alerts. The customer is using gmail. Has anyone got this working before? Any help would be much appreciated.
so i went back to the customer today, "Oh we're getting email of voicemails" they tell me. Maybe they rebooted it, I don't know for sure. I added the DNS to be safe so I guess there was no typo and DNS isn't needed.
that error message in the monitor wasn't showing up any longer.
