Error messages on CS1000 Err 0629

Hi does anyone know that this error message means?

ERR0629

Trunk route data cannot be accessed. Trunk route is specified by NARS/BARS/CDP data but the route data block is not available.

check your rli's.. you've got a number pointed to a route that no longer has trunks... could be an overflow route, happened during a change, ususlly a carrier change... just print the rlb's.. check each entry, in 21 do a ltm for all routes

Thanks John, yep you were right. I had to get an engineer to take a look because it is a little beyond my knowledge. We had max'ed all of out channels with incoming calls. When someone tried to dial out the system was accessing another route that contain no channels.
